U put on a great effort. But it isnt so good! For example: u shall wait for 999999 years to get a weapon or armor. u dont have respawn button etc. so u put an effort but u couldnt get its proof.

Really fun game! I stayed up until past 3am playing it 😅 My main strategy focused on having a bunch of fully upgraded flamethrowers allowing me to defend myself from even the biggest enemies as long as I didn’t get too close. It would be nice to have a game over screen that shows your final city aswell as buttons to replay the game but I did end up finding the Ctrl+R key-bind to restart the game without having to reopen it. The city on wheels idea is awesome and I’m really curious how you did the 3D pixel art style used for the car and city blocks. meow!

Fantastic game <3 I ended up doing some runs using no weapons, relying on ramming through trees and eventually mountains to get my income, along with scrapping weapons. It was actually a really fun alternative way to play, skirting around the enemies at top speed and really getting to focus on how the buildings combo. The moment I realised I could destroy mountains easily, I felt really powerful. The biggest bug I noticed was that occasionally, the tooltip would only say “Width Expansion” no matter what I hovered over. It fixed itself after a bit of driving around and opening the build menu again, but it was annoying when it happened. I also noticed a few things with the descriptions of modules that would be easy fixes:

  • The Engine module appears to have front and rear swapped in its description compared to its actual effect
  • The Residential Block says it only effects Power and Engine blocks once it’s level 2 or 3, even though it continues to effect Maintenance blocks like its level 1 description would imply

when you die, you have to hard refresh, you don't have the option of respawning

the modules dont respawn

I LOVED IT !

GREAT game ideas!

It is a little bit to control the car.

this is a very fun game!! i love it i could prolly play it for hours (i played for 1) this could definitely be a mobile game as well!

(i played the web version!)

if this does get an update or a fanmade splitoff then some recommendations based on assumptions (im not a coder or anything close) if its not already being done
-have the previous map data deleted after every new area
-make the calculations for the wepeons/city turn into a flat number during the drive area
-push the titans further back and add new mobs (maybe something that slows down the city)
-add different game options such as increase the rate of diffuclty speed and increasing base difficulty for each new area, or one that increases base difficulty based on how many new areas youve gone to (this could be a paid feature if it was a mobile game, go cheap as it will be mostly 6-12 years olds playing, less is more)

Hell yeah, this rules

VERY VERY VERY FUN!!!

Only nit pick is that every time i die, I guess when I press the space bar, an error occurs, causing me to restart the game

Thanks, I'm happy to hear you liked it! I could make a small post-jam patch someday, and fix that crash.

What an addictive and fun game! At first I didn't understand the rules very well and many times I was beaten by the medium sized monkey humans around wave 7.
Once I realized that I could reset the wave by going off screen, I was able to deal with the enemies with more and more upgrades.
Still, it was very scary and tense when the wave reset reached the limit of the appearance of the giant ape-humans!
I thought the city parts were very well balanced, but the weapons felt especially strong, especially the flamethrower.
In any case, I had a lot of fun playing it, meow~!

This game is so chaotic and entertaining, i love it so much.

I like it! Honestly, you should take the driving mechanic and turn it into its own game. It got to be my favorite part. But I'm impressed with what you accomplished in the 98 hours.

cool

Woah, this game stole me for a 3 hours. Amazing one!

The web build definitely can use some optimizing. I played to the moment a second in game took like 6 real seconds. Cannot play pc build on my Mac

Found that late game it bogged down HARD. Thats the only reason i stopped playing. Very addictive!

The game seems very cool, I'm gonna try another run

But rn after failing I got this:

Unhandled Exception - Uncaught { message : "Unable to find any instance for object index '18' name 'objCityCarUpgrade'", longMessage : "Unable to find any instance for object index '18' name 'objCityCarUpgrade'", stacktrace : [ "function _W2("Unable to find any instance for object index '18' name 'objCityCarUpgrade'")

 Did I finish the game?

This was awesome I could totally get lost in this. It'd be great as a mobile game

very well.

1032 seconds and lvl 23 threat. could've gone longer but i decided to ram straight through but died fast ccause i ouldn't tell how many were stacked on each other.

With a save option, I could probably give this game a fair go. As is, it's impressive but sluggish (on browser).

Applausi, ti prego miglioralo è davvero un'idea divertente.
